IBREXDLL is a software tool designed to seamlessly integrate measured data from IBR interface and measuring instruments into Microsoft Excel. It enables real-time data visualization, collection, and statistical analysis, making it ideal for industrial applications requiring process control and quality management.

  • Data Collection:
    • Compatible with all IBR measuring instruments and interfaces.
    • Data can be collected using:
      • The data key on the gauge.
      • PC function keys.
      • Hand or foot switches connected to the interface.
    • Automatic assignment of measured inputs to Excel columns or cursor-controlled data collection.
  • Visualization:
    • Continuous display of up to 20 measuring inputs on numeric and bar displays.
    • Each display is customizable with unit, resolution, nominal size, and programmable upper and lower tolerance limits.
  • Statistical Analysis:
    • Control charts, histograms, and run charts can be generated in Excel.
    • Statistical data analysis is integrated for SPC (Statistical Process Control).
  • Ease of Use:
    • Simple and intuitive setup with a comprehensive configuration window.
    • Supports characteristic or component-specific data collection.
    • Time-triggered data collection and zero-adjustment/calibration for measuring inputs.
  • System Compatibility:

Practical Example:
