Pn-adp

The Profinet adapter pn_adp is connected to an IMB-sm module or to the RS232 interface of a B200 / C200 gauge. Two cables are included in delivery, one for connection to an IMB-sm module plus one for connection to the RS232 interface of a B200 / C200 gauge. On connection of the pn_adp adapter to an IMB-sm module, it allows to read and write each 32 control bits (= 4 Byte I/O) plus 60 data bytes for reading information and for outputting measuring values, correction values, reference information, … via the Profinet. The 32 control bits (= 4 Byte I/O) are available as 32 digital inputs and 32 digital outputs each in the application software. The 60 data bytes each for reading and outputting information are configured and controlled by means of the corresponding ComGage function SFct057. On connection of the pn_adp adapter to a B200 / C200 gauge, it allows to request measuring values from the B200 / C200 and to control the B200 / C200 functions (calibration, gauge selection, …) via the Profinet. The Profinet IP address is assigned to the Profinet adapter pn_adp by the Profinet master via DHCP.
